2) The Cross of Christ, a cruel way, for our Lord to die.
He took upon Himself our sins, in agony, there cried.
''Why have you forsaken Me?'', His Father, from Him, turned.
But victory gained, for the redeemed; in Hell, these would not burn.
3) The Cross of Christ, prefigured there, the great Judgment Day.
When all would stand before The Lord, The Truth, The Life, The Way.
On the right, redeemed praise Christ, there on bended knee.
On the left, the lost gathered, damned eternally.
4) The Cross of Christ, a joke it is, thought by all the lost.
But, Christ died for everyone, to pay sins huge cost.
And, when Christ died, the Temple Veil, from the top, was torn.
Now all could come direct to God, through Christ, and be reborn.
5) The Cross of Christ, for the saved, a place of level ground.
Repentent sinners gather there, Amazing Grace is found.
For after three days, Christ arose, conquered deaths dark tomb.
And He'd come into all hearts, whose owners gave Him room.
6) The Cross of Christ, is there for all, who'd come there, to that Place.
And, for the saved, upon their death, they would see His Face.
But, for those rejecting it, preferring sins desires.
Eternal torment will be theirs, in The Lake Of Fire.
7) The Cross of Christ, all on Earth, today, must make the Choice.
What will you do with Jesus Christ?? Listen to His Voice!!
For He'd rather welcome you to glory at His Throne,
Than cast you to The Lake Of Fire, one He has never known.
