2. I remember Christmas past, the happiness that morn.
The happiness that makes me celebrate my Saviour born.
Joyfulness is everywhere, sin can not be found.
We all will now follow His Star that leads us Heaven bound.
3. I remember Christmas past, the Bible verses read.
That God loved us, reached out to us, while we in sin were dead.
He sent His Only Begotten Son to be born in Bethlehem.
Born of a Virgin, the Lamb of God, who would die for our sins.
4. I remember Christmas past, and that night before.
I'd be so nervous Christmas Eve, I thought I'd sleep no more!!
For even if I got to sleep, I'd wake up in the night,
And ask myself as I laid there ''where is the morning light??''
5. I remember Christmas past, the opening of gifts.
The hugs and kisses everywhere, the hate from me did lift.
The caroling the night before, love to everyone's way.
As I remember Christmas past, Christ's Mass, Yes, Christmas Day.
