The Lord Did All He Could To Save Your Soul

''The Lord Did All He Could To Save Your Soul''

Written By Daryl Stout

1) The Lord did all He could to save your soul.
From the everlasting Lake Of Fire.
To die in your place, it was His Goal.
His Blood to wash away sinful desire.

2) The Lord did all He could to save your soul.
From Satan's Power, and the curse of sin.
If only you would give The Lord Control,
Repenting there in faith, to come to Him.

3) The Lord did all He could to save your soul.
The Precious Lamb Of God, His Sacrifice.
The wonders of His Love there were extolled,
On that Rugged Cross, He paid sins price.

4) The Lord did all He could to save your soul.
Beaten, tortured...like a common thief.
From calvary's Hill, His Precious Blood did roll.
Yet while Heaven's angels were in grief.

5) The Lord did all He could to save your soul.
He rose again victorious the third day.
He paid the debt of sin, the cost, huge toll.
The King Of Kings, The Truth, The Life, The Way.

6) The Lord did all He could to save your soul.
Forgiveness there to all who would repent.
To remove their lives from sins dank hole.
Believing on the One that God has sent.

7) The Lord did all He could to save your soul.
A decision friend, now up to you.
Eternal blessings, or torment will roll...
On what with Jesus Christ you choose to do.

8) The Lord did all He could to save your soul.
If nothing there is done, you'll go to Hell.
Just like sliding down a huge, greased pole.
Eternal pain, there...and sulfurous smell.

9) The Lord did all He could to save your soul.
Time is short to call on Jesus' Name.
The wrath of God's Seals, Trumpets, Bowls...
Reject Christ...you'll be the one to blame.

10) The Lord did all He could to save your soul.
At your death friend, it is then, too late.
Don't let the Devil, on you, keep control.
Or The Lake Of Fire is your fate.

11) The Lord did all He could to save your soul.
Precious in His sight, is His Saints deaths.
Eternal joy and beauty there extolled,
When the child of God takes their last breath.

12) The Lord did all He could to save your soul.
Don't let The Lord's Death for you be in vain.
For if you, to the Devil, sell your soul.
You'll burn forever more, in suffering pain.

13) The Lord did all He could to save your soul.
For all mankind, God's Love Gift, full and free.
And, one day soon, all will rise, from grave holes...
And bow before The Lord on bended knee.

14) The Lord did all He could to save your soul.
Accountable, you now must make a choice.
Come To Jesus now, His praise extol.
I pray you'll hearken to God's Still Small Voice.

15) The Lord did all He could to save your soul.
As this poem now, coming to an end.
If you refuse to give The Lord your lifes control.
Christ will be your nightmare, not your friend.
