I Know That My Redeemer Lives

''I Know That My Redeemer Lives''

Based On Job 19:25

Written By Daryl Stout

1) I know that my Redeemer lives, He'll stand at The Last Day.
Jesus Christ, The King Of Kings, The Truth, The Life, The Way.
Either at my death, or rapture, when I see His Face...
I'll bow before Him, praising Him, for His Amazing Grace.

2) I know that my Redeemer lives, the only way to Heaven.
His Precious Blood, did wash away, all my sinful leaven.
When His Holy Spirit did, prick my sinful heart.
I prayed for Eternal Life; and earthly life, new start.

3) I know that my Redeemer lives, Christ, God In The Flesh.
Following His Still Small Voice, His Words are each day, fresh.
Though still in my sin natured flesh, while I'm upon this Earth.
Eternally, He's given me, spiritual New Birth.

4) I know that my Redeemer lives, and when my heartbeats end,
I'll be face to face with Christ; Saviour, Lord, and Friend.
Before foundation of the world, His Plan to Redeem,
Those who are washed in His Blood; precious, pure, and clean.

5) I know that my Redeemer lives, I long for that day,
Of His Appearing, Blessed Hope; more than I can say.
Changed to immortality in twinkling of an eye;
My new body, perfect, sinless; it will never die.

6) I know that my Redeemer lives, I glory in The Cross;
On which Jesus lived and died, to redeem the lost.
According to the Scriptures, He arose on The Third Day,
Paid the cost of sin that no one else, or I, could pay.

7) I know that my Redeemer lives, I know He'll soon return.
In Rapture there, to claim His Bride; His Gift, she did not spurn.
After the Judgment Seat Of Christ, and Supper Of The Lamb;
We'll fellowship eternally, with The Great I Am.

8) I know that my Redeemer lives, and soon, on bended knee,
Joining all the saved, and praise Him, for eternity.
Thanking Him for Precious Blood, He for all, atoned,
The Only Way to Heaven's Gate, is through Christ, alone.

9) I know that my Redeemer lives, He conquered sin and death;
Before conception long ago, before my first breath.
I can't thank The Lord enough, for what He did for me.
"Worthy Is The Lamb" I'll sing, there for eternity.

10) I know that my Redeemer lives, and am persuaded there.
He's able to take care of me, and hears my every prayer.
Obedience and a contrite heart, God does not despise.
Without Christ, mankind's doomed; no matter what he tries.

11) I know that my Redeemer lives, my deeds as filthy rags.
Fleshly, carnal deeds burned up, like trash in garbage bags.
Only what is done for Christ, lives for eternity.
I thank Him for so many things, He has given me.

12) I know that my Redeemer lives, I stake eternity,
On what Jesus did for me, upon that Rugged Tree.
I cherish fondly, that day when, to Jesus, I did cry,
And, if I'm wrong, I won't lose much, the moment that I die.

13) I know that my Redeemer lives, I wish all souls could see.
But sadly, not all will repent, of their iniquity.
They choose to reject The Lord, preferrings sins desires.
These will burn eternally, in The Lake Of Fire.

14) I know that my Redeemer lives; is this yours as well??
Eternity in Heaven's joy...or in the flames of Hell.
Your eternal destiny, depends upon your choice??
Will you repent of sin, and hearken, now to The Lord's Voice??

15) I know that my Redeemer lives; for at death, it's too late,
There for you to change your home, and eternal fate.
Saved or lost, you'll bow one day, before Christ on His Throne.
Received with joy, or cast away, as one He's never known.
