A Buddy And A Friend

''A Buddy And A Friend''

In Loving Memory Of Charles ''Buddy'' Martin

Written By Daryl Stout

1) A Buddy And A Friend, gone all too soon.
He'll be missed by family and friends.
Charles Buddy Martin, his life tune,
Brought memories there, that will never end.

2) A Buddy And A Friend, he was so kind.
First and foremost, to his family.
Unselfishness, there foremost in his mind.
No matter who he'd meet, or who he'd see.

3) A Buddy And A Friend, as doctor there.
Pediatric medicine, his field.
Children, and the others in his care.
In knowledge and support, he did not yield.

4) A Buddy And A Friend, to all the fans,
Collectors of Clive Cussler books, worldwide.
A smile and a laugh, always at hand.
A joy for anyone there at his side.

5) A Buddy And A Friend, wasn't slowed down,
By limitations, physically endured.
Full of joy; on life, he didn't frown.
His motivations, actions, all were pure.

6) A Buddy And A Friend, as we look back,
On the joy he brought to everyone.
His life; positive, along its track.
In everything he did, he made it fun.

7) A Buddy And A Friend, he's sorely missed.
Gone, but not forgotten, is our friend.
Memories of him, that do exist,
Happy times of joy, they'll never end.
