2) Though weakened by the scourging He'd received,
His Blood would purge our sin; skimmed off as dross.
Salvation's Gift for all who would believe.
Christ's Love and our sins held Him to the Cross.
3) When the Lamb Of God was crucified,
To die for all the sins of all the lost.
The nails weren't what held Christ till he died;
Christ's Love and our sins held Him to the Cross.
4) It wasn't for the sins that Christ had done.
In our place, The Lord paid sins huge cost.
Innocent and pure, God's Only Son.
Christ's Love and our sins held Him to the Cross.
5) God's Standard is Perfection, none can pay.
Souls of everyone, are with sin, glossed.
Into Heaven, Christ, The Only Way.
Christ's Love and our sins held Him to the Cross.
6) On The Third Day, Christ rose from the grave.
Defeating death, sin, and the graves cold frost.
Believe on Jesus Christ, and you'll be saved.
Christ's Love and our sins held Him to the Cross.
7) One day, to the Earth, Christ will return.
Lives of the redeemed, He is the Boss.
Unrepentant souls, all these will burn.
Christ's Love and our sins held Him to the Cross.
8) After death, it's too late there, to choose.
You are either saved, or you are lost.
Will you accept The Lord, or Him refuse??
Christ's Love and our sins held Him to the Cross.
