2) Prayers have no effect at all in Hell,
No matter how fervent these souls will pray.
In their life, as sinners, they rebelled.
The debt of all their sin, they now must pay.
3) Prayers have no effect at all in Hell,
They treated Gospel Truth here, with all scorn.
The Truth of God's Word, these would all dispel.
They would not repent, and be reborn.
4) Prayers have no effect at all in Hell,
No matter what they say, which way they turn.
With the devil, their soul, they did sell.
With Satan and his demons, all these will burn.
5) Prayers have no effect at all in Hell.
Once you enter there, it is too late.
No way to live again, and there to tell.
That damnation for the lost, their fate.
6) Prayers have no effect at all in Hell.
Heat and torture, pain and thirst, won't end.
The screams of agony, they can not quell.
Christ, their nightmare, instead of their Friend.
7) Prayers have no effect at all in Hell.
Many chose the wide road, and broad way.
Now in darkness, there with sulphur smell.
All chance to repent is gone away.
8) Prayers have no effect at all in Hell.
For all these who died there in their sin.
Down the slippery slope of sin they fell.
A chance to repent?? Never again.
9) Prayers have no effect at all in Hell.
No athiests, agnostics in Hell Fire.
A never ending plunge down in the well.
They wouldn't do the one thing God required.
10) Prayers have no effect at all in Hell.
While still alive, you can avoid this fate.
Repent, and turn to Christ; forsake sin's spell.
After death, friend, then, it is too late.
