2) The prophets and righteous desired the day, to see all the things that you heard.
Confirming The Truth there from The Creator, all there from His Holy Word.
As it was there, when Christ was on Earth, the same is so true, there today.
The same yesterday, today, and forever; God changes not, in His Way.
3) The prophets and righteous desired the day, though long ago prophesied.
They figured that prior these things to occur, all of them would all, there die.
A day with The Lord as one thousand years, a thousand years is as a day.
Eternity there, for all depends, on your sin debt, who will pay.
4) The prophets and righteous desired the day, the last generation would start.
The nation of Israel, born in a day; and never again, torn apart.
The Church Age began at Pentecost there, three thousand souls there, were saved.
At end of life, in Heaven with Christ, is what all the saints there, do crave.
5) The prophets and righteous desired the day, with all the end time prophecy.
Once the last person is saved in the Church; in twinkling of eye, all saved see.
Their Saviour, Redeemer, and King Of All Kings, The Truth, and the Life, and The Way.
Trusting by faith, accepting His Gift, His Blood Shed, their sins, all paid.
6) The prophets and righteous desired the day, when Christ to Earth, would return.
Defeating His Enemies, with just a Word there; into Hell Fire, they'd burn.
Restoring the horribly ravaged Earth there, to beautiful things, all round.
Creation released from sin's deadly curse, wonderful life there, abounds.
7) The prophets and righteous desired the day, new Heaven and Earth will begin.
All unrepentant, eternally judged; sin will not rise up again.
The temple of God, with mankind again, with all the saved, evermore.
Praising The Lamb, for sinners all slain, forever there on Heaven's shore.
8) The prophets and righteous desired the day; is this your wish friend, there too??
If you want Heaven, forever your home, here is what you now, must do.
Repent of your sin, believe on The Lord, who died for your sins on The Cross.
Shedding His Blood, arose the third day, there to redeem all the lost.
9) The prophets and righteous desired the day; for all to come to The Lord.
Righteous and true, all of His Word; sharper than two edged sword.
Eagerly bow, before earthly death, or compelled to at Christ's Throne.
Welcomed to Heaven, or cast away, as someone that He's never known.
