Jesus Christ, He Never Changed; He's Always The Same

Jesus Christ, He Never Changed; He's Always The Same

Based On Hebrews 13:8

Written By Daryl Stout

1) Whether through eternity, in past so long ago.
Or when mankind did exist, on this Earth to show.
Or in days yet coming soon, as prophecies there claim.
Jesus Christ, He Never changed; He's Always The Same.

2) Creator Of The Universe, part of the Trinity.
Father, Son, and Holy Ghost, through eternity.
Yet all unrepentant souls, they do hate His Name.
Jesus Christ, He Never changed; He's Always The Same.

3) Long before the prophecies of His Birth were shown.
There were times He was on Earth, coming from His Throne.
God In The Flesh, theophany, Total Truth, He'd claim.
Jesus Christ, He Never changed; He's Always The Same.

4) On Mount Sinai, long ago, He gave Commandments Ten.
If His People would obey, He would be their Friend.
But, when mankind there did sin, they wouldn't take the blame.
Jesus Christ, He Never changed; He's Always The Same.

5) He talked with many people there, down through all the years.
To those opposing Him, He was their greatest fear.
Many times, the Jews would choose, earthly wealth and fame.
Jesus Christ, He Never changed; He's Always The Same.

6) Before foundation of the Earth, redemption for the lost.
Christ Himself, would bear all sins, on that Rugged Cross.
What Christ did, would keep the saved, from Hell's eternal Flame.
Jesus Christ, He Never changed; He's Always The Same.

7) He would be born of a virgin, it was prophesied.
And, upon the rugged Cross, He'd be crucified.
He would take upon Himself, all our sin and shame.
Jesus Christ, He Never changed; He's Always The Same.

8) The same One who there, long ago, created everything.
Always the Creator, Lord, and The King Of Kings.
From Mount Sinai, to the manger, Gospel To Proclaim.
Jesus Christ, He Never changed; He's Always The Same.

9) In the temple, at age 12, the priests were all confused.
The Scribes and the Pharisees, at the Gospel News.
Not Messiah that they wanted; Christ there, would be blamed.
Jesus Christ, He Never changed; He's Always The Same.

10) Christ, like us in every way, but not with natured sin.
He faced temptation, as we did, but never did give in.
Preached Heaven's Kingdom, and not of, earthly wealth and fame.
Jesus Christ, He Never changed; He's Always The Same.

11) The Purpose of His Mission there, coming to the Earth.
He would die for mankind's sins; to offer New Birth.
He'd rise again on the third day, victory proclaimed.
Jesus Christ, He Never changed; He's Always The Same.

12) First at Rapture, when He'd come, there to get His Bride.
In Heaven there, to be with Him, always by His side.
In tribulation, many killed, by those who hate His Name.
Jesus Christ, He Never changed; He's Always The Same.

13) At Armageddon, Christ returns, in glory from the sky.
The unrepentant turn to fight; they curse God, and die.
Too late, many souls there see, life was not a game.
Jesus Christ, He Never changed; He's Always The Same.

14) The curse of sin on Planet Earth, is finally released.
Life as it was meant to be, Millennium Of Peace.
The blind will see, the deaf will hear, the crippled are not lame.
Jesus Christ, He Never changed; He's Always The Same.

15) With a rod of iron there, Christ, o'er the Earth, now rules.
All those saying ''There's No God''; The Lord called them ''Fools''.
On Judgment Day, these realize, they are the ones to blame.
Jesus Christ, He Never changed; He's Always The Same.

16) Eagerly or there compelled, all bow on bended knee.
Declaring there that Christ Is Lord, for all eternity.
Eternal home is there your choice; no one else to blame.
Jesus Christ, He Never changed; He's Always The Same.

17) It's appointed all to die, the default is Hell.
Tormenting pain, agony, and sulfurous smell.
After death, it's too late, to call on Jesus' Name.
Jesus Christ, He Never changed; He's Always The Same.

18) God's Creation and His Rules, that cannot be changed.
But, for Heaven, upon death, you must there, arrange.
Believe on Christ, who God did send, that Precious, Holy Name.
Jesus Christ, He Never changed; He's Always The Same.
