2) When Lucifer, the covering cherub, in Heaven, rebelled.
He conned one third of angels there, now condemned to Hell.
But, The Lord, He knew it all, there in Heaven's Sky.
The evil want the darkness now, they'll get it when they die.
3) So, in Eden's Garden Home, a serpent was employed.
Satan's goal, there for mankind, to have them destroyed.
And so from beginning there, he planted the lie.

4) But, Redemption's Plan was launched, before the Earth was made.
On Calvary's Cross, God's True Love, there would be displayed.
Tragically, salvation's gift, most would there, deny.
The evil want the darkness now, they'll get it when they die.
5) Deeds of criminality, these all want, unseen.
Depraved in their life of sin, attitude so mean.
Preferring darkness more than light, to believe the lie.
The evil want the darkness now, they'll get it when they die.
6) Hell's tormenting, burning heat, in dark sulphur flame.
For those who would not repent, and call on Jesus' Name.
Now that all hope there is gone; cursing God, their cry.
The evil want the darkness now, they'll get it when they die.
7) They get away with evil there, in each and every deed.
But, when they stand before The Lord, none for them, will plead.
Regretting they would not repent, and to Jesus, cry.
The evil want the darkness now, they'll get it when they die.
8) When they stand before The Lord, at the Great White Throne.
Since they would not let Christ's Blood, for their sins atone.
Eternal Judgment on these now, God will there, apply.

9) It's your choice there to repent, and on Christ, believe.
Salvation there is a free gift, for all who would receive.
Or you can reject The Lord, and His Free Gift, deny.
