2) Man feels he's enlightened there, and that he's so wise.
All the righteous things of God, mankind does despise.
He thinks that he's in a mansion, but it's just a slum.
Professing themselves to be wise, fools they have become.
3) They detest, despise the fact, that God, He made The Rules.
So he cries ''There Is No God''; The Lord calls them, ''Fools''.
Man thinks he's one smart cookie; but he's just a crumb.
Professing themselves to be wise, fools they have become.
4) Man feels the Bible is outdated, ''we're enlightened now''.
When confronted with God's Laws; mankind ''has a cow''.
He can't see on Judgment Day, he will stand there, glum.
Professing themselves to be wise, fools they have become.
5) No guilt question, pardons, mercy, or appeal there.
When they stand before The Lord; judgment won't be spared.
They cannot defend themselves; they'll be quiet, mum.

6) Mankind wicked to the core, his soul dark, inside.
He wants to be his own god there, in his selfish pride.
To the beckoning of sin; man does quickly, come.
Professing themselves to be wise, fools they have become.
7) They laugh at Preaching Of The Cross; calling it absurd.
He doesn't want to hear the Truth, from God's Holy Word.
Like winter cold, man's heart toward God, it is cold and numb.
Professing themselves to be wise, fools they have become.
8) Their life a cacophony, of rebellion there.
Where they'll spend eternity; they will not prepare.
The dissonance of sin's music; mankind loves its strum.
Professing themselves to be wise, fools they have become.
9) Mankind thinks the rules he makes, supercedes The Lord's.
But, God's Word is sharper than any two edged sword.
Just like algae in a lake, sin is like pond scum.
Professing themselves to be wise, fools they have become.
10) Mankind laughs and scoffs there at The Preaching Of The Cross.
That Christ died and rose again, to redeeem the lost.
The lost feel the Gospel Truth, is foolishness, and dumb.

11) Satan does not want mankind, to the Lord, to turn.
Instead, he wants him, there with him, to forever burn.
So, man prefers the beat of sin, there with its wicked drum.
Professing themselves to be wise, fools they have become.
12) Yet, God is a Gentleman; decision He won't force.
If man wants to reject Him, He'll let him stay that course.
But, once in the flames of Hell, relief will never come.
Professing themselves to be wise, fools they have become.
13) Who has known The Lord's Mind, there?? On Earth, there is none.
None His Counselor became; Father, Spirit, Son.
Compared to The Lord, the mind, of mankind, is dumb.

14) Mankind's heart is wicked there, black down to its core.
So the righteous things of God, he chooses to ignore.
From Adam, Eve, our sin nature; that's where it came from.
Professing themselves to be wise, fools they have become.
15) None has given to The Lord, and God still owes the debt.
Salvation we do not deserve; damnation, we should get.
Instead of dressed like royalty; more of a hobo, bum.
Professing themselves to be wise, fools they have become.
16) God wants none to die in sin, but for all to repent.
The one thing God requires is ''Believe On Christ, He Sent''.
Christ wants to be your Savior, Lord; not a part time chum.
Professing themselves to be wise, fools they have become.
17) Salvation for all mankind, Gentiles and the Jews.
Yet, all individually, on Christ, they must choose.
Each one there must make the choice, to repent, and come.
Professing themselves to be wise, fools they have become.
18) The Gospel is for all mankind, for adults and youth.
Christ died to pay our sin debt; that's the honest truth.
Don't let stickiness of sin, be like stepped on gum.
Professing themselves to be wise, fools they have become.
19) The Gospel is for everyone, of every land and nation.
Yet, how shall we there escape, if we neglect salvation??
They'll regret at death, if to Christ, they chose not to come.
Professing themselves to be wise, fools they have become.
20) It's appointed all to die, then the Judgment Place.
Eternal home, on what you do, there with The Lord's Grace.
Choosing there to reject Christ; decision, it is dumb.
