Too Late For The Rapture

Too Late For The Rapture

Written By Daryl Stout

1) Too late for the rapture, when they see, they're left behind.
Most all these, there chose to be, spiritually blind.
Their ''come to Jesus moment'' there, regrettably, too late.
The Time Of Jacob's Trouble, there...it is now their fate.

2) Too late for the rapture, when they see, they're left behind.
Many of these, likely will, go out of their mind.
When they realize that spouses, children everywhere;
Disappeared completely, vanished, all into thin air.

3) Too late for the rapture, when they see, they're left behind.
Evil is now unrestrained, vile and unkind.
In panic, folks waste their time, to call 9-1-1.
Police protection, it is now, over with, and done.

4) Too late for the rapture, when they see, they're left behind.
In desperation, excuses many, these will find.
To explain the disappearance of these in the sky.
Both dead and Christ, and the saved, who didn't have to die.

5) Too late for the rapture, when they see, they're left behind.
If they thought that life on Earth, was an evil grind;
This time on Earth, not ever seen; Hell for seven years.
For many, th estress too much, hearts failing them for fear.

6) Too late for the rapture, when they see, they're left behind.
Circumstances coming soon, leave many in a bind.
This leader, who soon appears on the worldy scene;
Looks like a peacemaker, there; but really is so mean.

7) Too late for the rapture, when they see, they're left behind.
Scripture from The Word Of God, now difficult to find.
With this regime of evil there, a famine in the land,
For reading a Bible now, as it's likely banned.

8) Too late for the rapture, when they see, they're left behind.
Petition for another chance, they have screamed and whined.
The rapture happened so quick there, they say that they weren't warned.
So, they treat it with contempt, ridicule, and scorn.

9) Too late for the rapture, when they see, they're left behind.
While most of these will still there be, evil intertwined;
An untold number will be saved, repent, and come to Christ.
But, most of these are martyred there, paying a huge price.

10) Too late for the rapture, when they see, they're left behind.
With the call of ''All Aboard!!'', departure, they did find.
Just like a train, plane, bus, or ship, there...with time to depart.
Those who vanished, did repent, asked Christ into their heart.

11) Too late for the rapture, when they see, they're left behind.
They re-live the many times, over in their mind;
That they heard the Gospel Truth, and it, they did spurn.
Just like cattle branding iron, on their heart, it burns.

12) Too late for the rapture, when they see, they're left behind.
Emotions of repentance, anger, others now opined.
Yet, many in their selfish pride, will not take the blame;
They would not repent of sin, and call on Jesus' Name.

13) Too late for the rapture, when they see, they're left behind.
For most unrepentant souls, delusion they will find.
Since the Truth they did reject, God sends them a lie.
Their hearts hardened toward The Lord; in sin, they will die.

14) Too late for the rapture, when they see, they're left behind.
Rejoice that opposition, they no longer find.
The Born Again believers there, and Messianic Jews;
All who chose to serve The Lord, sinful deeds, refuse.

15) Too late for the rapture, when they see, they're left behind.
Huge persecution for the saved, they will surely find.
Refusing The Mark Of The Beast, so they can buy and sell.
They know all who take The Mark, forever damned to Hell.

16) Too late for the rapture, when they see, they're left behind.
The saved arrested, tortured, martyred; yet, the joy they'll find,
At the moment of their death, they're now on Heaven's shore.
With The Lord, eternal joy, theirs forevermore.

17) Too late for the rapture, when they see, they're left behind.
At Christ's Second Coming there, the unsaved lose their mind.
The tribes of Earth mourn in despair, repentance now too late.
For these, eternal Lake Of Fire, torment is their fate.

18) Too late for the rapture, when they see, they're left behind.
One day, this will come to pass; I hope that you won't find,
That you're still here on the Earth, and didn't disappear.
If still here, it is for you, a time of dread and fear.

19) Too late for the rapture, when they see, they're left behind.
Only God The Father knows, this moment in His Mind,
When the last soul in the Church, it has now been reached.
To rescue all those who received, The Gospel that was preached.

20) Too late for the rapture, when they see, they're left behind.
In the twinkling of an eye, all the saved will find,
Their earthly life of toil and sin, now over and done.
Face to face, they see The Lord, God's Precious Only Son.

21) Too late for the rapture, when they see, they're left behind.
For all of the saved in Christ, eternal joy, they find.
Eye hasn't seen, ear hasn't heard, or entered in man's heart;
The things that God, has made for those, who loved Him from the start.

22) Too late for the rapture, when they see, they're left behind.
You must there, repent of sin, believe in heart and mind;
Christ died for you upon The Cross, to pay your debt of sin.
And rose again on the third day, the victory, to win.

23) Too late for the rapture, when they see, they're left behind.
Just going through the motions, and lip service there, will find,
That you will be among those who, did not disappear.
And the reason the you did not, it will then be clear.

24) Too late for the rapture, when they see, they're left behind.
After death, belief too late, no chance to change your mind.
You will stand in terror before Christ there on His Throne.
He'll cast you to the Lake Of Fire, as one He's never known.

25) Too late for the rapture, when they see, they're left behind.
Hell or Heaven, at your death; one of these, you'll find.
Yet, God is a Gentleman; He'll let you go your way.
If you choose to reject Christ, and your sin debt, to pay.
