2) How can The Lord God be dead, when He just spoke with me??
From Creation of the Heavens, and the galaxy.
Omnipotent, Omnisicent, and Omnipresent there.
Soverign over all Creation, He does truly care.
3) How can The Lord God be dead, when He just spoke with me??
As with Adam and to Eve, when all in purity.
Before Earth's foundation there, Redemption's Plan in place.
Christ would come to die for all; show His Amazing Grace.
4) How can The Lord God be dead, when He just spoke with me??
Even after Eve and Adam, there in iniquity;
Lamb skins to cover nakedness, of their sin and shame.
They disobeyed the rule God gave, life wouldn't be the same.
5) How can The Lord God be dead, when He just spoke with me??
Cain, then Abel, first two born; to first family.
But, Cain killed his brother there, in fit of jealous rage.
Yet, God saw all that occurred, there on the world's stage.
6) How can The Lord God be dead, when He just spoke with me??
Mankind's heart and thoughts were evil, there continually.
So corrupted there with sin, mankind's heart so dark.
Noah found Grace in God's Eyes; was told to build an Ark.
7) How can The Lord God be dead, when He just spoke with me??
One hundred twenty years elapsed, the Ark for all to see.
Only Noah's family, and animals inside;
Would survive the worldwide flood, that occured outside.
8) How can The Lord God be dead, when He just spoke with me??
And, with so many others there, down through history??
Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, and then all the Jews.
A people that were set apart, that The Lord, did choose.
9) How can The Lord God be dead, when He just spoke with me??
His greatest love to all mankind, on Cross Of Calvary.
When Christ took upon Himself, the sins of all mankind.
And, to give new life to those, spiritually blind.
10) How can The Lord God be dead, when He just spoke with me??
According To The Scriptures, Christ, arose in victory.
For the one thing God requires: ''Believe on Christ, He Sent''.
Salvation a free gift to those, who truly would repent.
11) How can The Lord God be dead, when He just spoke with me??
His Holy Spirit pricked my heart, there with sureity.
That going through the motions there, one's not truly saved.
One must repent, believe on Christ; who died, rose from the grave.
12) How can The Lord God be dead, when He just spoke with me??
Especially with talents gifts, that He has given me.
Poetry, sacred, secular, ministry to the saved.
And a witness to the lost, on Gift, Christ there, gave.
13) How can The Lord God be dead, when He just spoke with me??
Sight reading, and perfect pitch, and musicality.
For these truly were a gift; how else could I acquire??
Many years I sang His Praises, there in a church choir.
14) How can The Lord God be dead, when He just spoke with me??
Only what is done for Christ, goes to eternity.
Though I fail Him, many times, He is always there.
Quenched His Spirit, as I did; and yet, He still cared.
15) How can The Lord God be dead, when He just spoke with me??
At my death or rapture there, I'll see His Glory.
The three things I want to have; a hug, handshake, and a cry.
Why He would give His Perfect Life, for someone, such as I??
16) How can The Lord God be dead, when He just spoke with me??
He still provides all these poems, given graciously.
I'll join redeemed souls round His Throne, in one voice, there raised;
That only Jesus Christ The Lord, is worthy of all praise.
17) How can The Lord God be dead, when He just spoke with me??
I can never repay Christ, for what He did for me.
For it is His Righteouss, and nothing I have done.
All praise, honor, glory, worship, given to God's Son.
18) How can The Lord God be dead, when He just spoke with me??
The still small voice can speak to you, as He spoke to me.
At least one chance is given there, to hear the Gospel Truth.
Salvation's gift for Gentiles, Jews; for adults and youth.
19) How can The Lord God be dead, when He just spoke with me??
Eternity is either joy, or profound misery.
Tomorrow promised to no one, you could die tonight.
After death, belief too late; to make all things right.
20) How can The Lord God be dead, when He just spoke with me??
What you do with Jesus Christ, sets your eternity.
Yet, God is a Gentleman; He'll let you go your way.
You will see that your sin debt, you can never pay.
