Acquitted At The Bema, But Not At The Great White Throne

Written By Daryl Stout

1) Acquitted at The Bema, but not at The Great White Throne.
What one did with Jesus Christ, it will set the tone.
All will stand before The Lord, and everyone will kneel.
At the moment of their death, destiny revealed.

2) Acquitted at The Bema, but not at The Great White Throne.
No attorney in defense, each one stands alone.
Sin won't be considered at the Bema Judgment Seat.
It will be at The Great White Throne, review is complete.

3) Acquitted at The Bema, but not at The Great White Throne.
At both places, there won't be, a safe comfort zone.
Eternal standing, at the Bema, it will there, be set.
And, at The Great White Throne Judgment, Justice finally met.

4) Acquitted at The Bema, but not at The Great White Throne.
Whether they allowed Christ's Blood, for sins, to atone.
One is saved by grace through faith, not of works, to boast.
Those who chose to reject Christ, will regret it most.

5) Acquitted at The Bema, but not at The Great White Throne.
If they die without The Lord, with a heart of stone;
Everything done in their life, it will be revealed.
Whether it was open, or hidden and concealed.

6) Acquitted at The Bema, but not at The Great White Throne.
The saved at the Bema, the lost at The Great White Throne.
One is saved, by grace through faith, not of works, to boast.
If you choose to spurn The Lord, you will regret it most.

7) Acquitted at The Bema, but not at The Great White Throne.
Attorney not available, from a telephone.
Eternal destiny is set, at moment of one's death.
God's pardon offer expires, upon one's last breath.

8) Acquitted at The Bema, but not at The Great White Throne.
Works for Christ, are noted as, gold, silver, precious stones.
Works noted as wood, hay, and stubble, burned in judgment fire.
The latter done for selfishness, and for sins desire.

9) Acquitted at The Bema, but not at The Great White Throne.
The unsaved, for mercy, cry; as they scream and moan.
Tragically for all these souls, eternally, too late.
Since they chose to reject Christ, damnation is their fate.

10) Acquitted at The Bema, but not at The Great White Throne.
For the lost, no chilling cold, from an ice cream cone.
Nothing to dispel the heat, from The Lake Of Fire.
They would not believe on Christ, what God did require.

11) Acquitted at The Bema, but not at The Great White Throne.
For The Lord sees all your life, as if from airborne drone.
Nothing's hidden from The Lord, Him, you cannot fool.
Whether you like it or not, The Lord, made the rules.

12) Acquitted at The Bema, but not at The Great White Throne.
Sin more painful in your life, than a broken bone.
Only Precious Blood of Christ, will wash your sins away.
At your death, it's Christ, or you, your sin debt, to pay.

13) Acquitted at The Bema, but not at The Great White Throne.
Your eternal destiny, the choice is yours, alone.
Hell or Heaven, only two, places that exist.
If you choose to reject Christ, Heaven, you will miss.

14) Acquitted at The Bema, but not at The Great White Throne.
Those accepting God's Love Gift, talents, they will hone,
In service to Christ's Kingdom there, that is their reward.
For His Word is sharper than any two-edged sword.

15) Acquitted at The Bema, but not at The Great White Throne.
All the riches of the world, no one will you, loan.
Salvation is a free gift, it can't be bought or earned.
Those who choose to reject it, will forever, burn.

16) Acquitted at The Bema, but not at The Great White Throne.
When you stand to face The Lord, will you cheer, or groan??
Heaven is not owed to you, the default is Hell.
Sadly, most will spurn The Lord, preferring Satan's spell.

17) Acquitted at The Bema, but not at The Great White Throne.
Of every soul on Judgment Day, Christ knows which are His Own.
Believing remnant choose The Lord; the rest do despise.
When they see the flames of hell, horror in their eyes.

18) Acquitted at The Bema, but not at The Great White Throne.
Your life reviewed before the Lord, everything is shown.
All your motives, words, and deeds, plus all of your thoughts.
Good or evil, you'll receive, what you there, have wrought.

19) Acquitted at the Bema, but not at The Great White Throne.
The saved, not staying babes in Christ, but want to be grown.
Weaning off a life of milk, want spiritual meat.
All life's works done for The Lord, are laid at His Feet.

20) Acquitted at The Bema, but not at The Great White Throne.
Christ, the sure foundation there, He's the cornerstone.
If your life is built on Christ, it will never fall.
One day, all before Him, bow; declare Him ''Lord Of All''.

21) Acquitted at The Bema, but not at The Great White Throne.
Salvation's Plan so simple there, from God's Word is shown.
God wants none to die in sin, but for all to repent.
The one thing God requires is ''Believe On Christ, He Sent''.

22) Acquitted at The Bema, but not at The Great White Throne.
Entrance into Heaven there, for you, will be blown;
If you say ''Christianity, it is not for me''.
Friend, you will regret that choice, for all eternity.
